BlackDiamond 20808 Ethernet Transport Switch
The groundbreaking BlackDiamond® 20808 Ethernet Transport switch is designed for applications that demand up to 64 high-density line-rate 10 GbE ports in a system that is ready for future line-rate 100 GbE IO modules without changes to the switch fabric. Supported protocols include Ethernet Automatic Protection Switching (EAPS), Virtual Private LAN Services (VPLS), and Ethernet network to network interface (E-NNI) among others. The BlackDiamond 20808 enables proactive service management with hardware support for multicast quality of service and IEEE 802.1AG Continuity Fault Management.
